Flat Grave Markers Are What We Do

Every headstone we make is a flat grave marker: engraved black granite, set flush with the lawn, which is exactly what most Riverside-area cemeteries require in their lawn sections. Choose a traditional sand-carved design or laser etching for photo-realistic detail, in sizes from a 20″×10″ single marker to companion sizes, starting at $720. Traditional Headstones are manufactured using a process that is very much like erosion only at a very high rate of speed and in a controlled environments, with this process a variety of granite colors can be used. As an added option families often add a ceramic picture inlay which can be made in full color or black and white.

We deliver finished markers directly to cemeteries across the Inland Empire, including:

  • Olivewood Memorial Park (Riverside): Riverside families’ memorial park since 1888. Flat granite or bronze markers set level with the ground; we build to their regulation sizes.
  • Evergreen Memorial Park & Mausoleum (Riverside): Riverside’s first cemetery, opened 1872.
  • Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park (Riverside): serving the Inland Empire since 1952, with both flat-marker and upright-monument sections.
  • Hermosa Gardens Cemetery (Colton): established 1887, operated by the City of Colton, minutes from our shop. Solid-granite markers only; every marker is pre-approved by the city before delivery.

  • Montecito Memorial Park (Colton/Loma Linda): founded 1925.
  • Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery (San Bernardino): established 1907.
  • Green Acres Memorial Park (Bloomington): flush-set granite markers are the standard here, exactly what we make.

A note for veteran families: at Riverside National Cemetery, the VA furnishes and sets the headstone at no cost. Families don’t purchase one, and only the National Cemetery Administration may inscribe it. Where we can help: markers for veterans laid to rest in private cemeteries, and markers for spouses and family members at private cemeteries (who aren’t eligible for a government-provided stone).

Buying From an Outside Dealer Is Your Right

Some cemeteries discourage families from buying a headstone anywhere but from the cemetery itself. Under federal law, a cemetery must accept a marker purchased from an outside dealer as long as it meets their size and material requirements. Our flat granite grave markers run from $720 for a 20″×10″ single marker to $1,750 for a 36″×18″ companion marker with a bevel cut, complete with design, engraving, and free delivery to your cemetery within 75 miles. Production takes 7-8 weeks once you approve the artwork, plus delivery time.

Cemeteries handle installation themselves and charge an installation fee whether the marker comes from them or from us. We deliver directly to the cemetery office.
